PRINCETON – Thanks to the intensive efforts of Caliper’s dedicated partnership-development team, its Channel Partners program is taking off. 2016 ended on an especially high note, following a three-day workshop for new Partners at Caliper’s Princeton, NJ headquarters.
“Our final Caliper Partners Success Camp of the year was a huge accomplishment,” said Anthony Pantaleone, Caliper’s Director of Partner Development. “We closed out 2016 with an enthusiastic group of new Partners we are proud to be in business with.”
During the Success Camp, participants learned the ins and outs of Caliper’s product line and, through hands-on training and practical exercises, developed a deep understanding of the psychometric concepts that underpin the Caliper Profile.
The energy in the building was palpable, as the new group of talented independent consulting agents and entrepreneurs engaged with the partnership-development team and Caliper Certification instructors.
Caliper personnel remarked at the inquisitiveness and creativity that agents brought to the workshop, and Success Camp attendees appear to have found the workshop rewarding as well. As one new Partner said to Pantaleone, “Thank you to the Caliper team for a terrific, and tiring, 3 days. Worth it completely.”
Another agreed, making a special note of the Caliper team’s “openness, kindness, and collaboration in every single detail.”
Caliper’s Channel Partnership Program is designed to make connections with independent talent-management consultants who seek the freedom and flexibility to run their businesses their own way while promoting Caliper’s industry-leading employee-selection and development tools to their customers. Caliper benefits from extending its reach and gaining access to new markets, and Caliper Partners benefit from the opportunity to add tremendous value to their client offerings and from gaining access to a revenue source with significant earning potential. The Success Camp marks the critical step in preparing Partners for the new and exciting challenge.
While 2016 will be in the books shortly, Pantaleone noted that Caliper’s Success Camp schedule for 2017 is set to meet “the huge demand for our pipeline of potential Caliper Business Partners.”
